A Little Bit About Me
Bismillah, I struggle with this idea of writing about myself, which I think we all do. So since we are in this boat together I will try my best.

I am born and raised in Chicago. My father is Palestinian and my mother is Syrian. I was briefly married and am divorced with no kids. The relationship was not healthy, but it taught me to grow a lot as a person and an individual. I was among the first in my community to divorce and there was a lot of stigma. So I moved to Dubai, UAE and began working as a lawyer. I am not your typical lawyer, so no need to worry about arguments :D

For many reasons that we can discuss at a later stage, I decided to return to school and am currently based in Cambridge, MA where I am a student earning my masters in public administration.

I would like to share my life with a partner and the reason I am still single is that Allah has yet to send me the right naseeb. I am in no hurry to marry, as I believe it is more important to find the right partner.
